This page explains what happens to the details you enter on this site. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who handles your information
Ausave Energy is the business you are enquiring with, and the business that will contact you. RunBase builds and operates this enquiry page for Ausave and stores submitted enquiries on their behalf. Both parties can access what you submit here.
What we collect
What you type: your name, mobile number, email address, postcode, whether you own the property, your roof type, an approximate electricity bill range and your preferred time to be called.
What your browser sends automatically: the country your request came from, your browser’s user-agent string, and the page or advertisement that referred you. If you arrived from an advertisement, we also record the campaign identifiers attached to that link so we know which advertising is working.
We do not ask for and do not want your date of birth, financial details, government identifiers or any other sensitive information.
Why we collect it
To call you back about your enquiry, to arrange an on-site assessment, to prepare a quote, and to understand which advertising produces genuine enquiries. If you tick the marketing option we may also send you occasional updates; you can stop that at any time by replying or calling us.
Who else sees it
Service providers who make this page work: Cloudflare, who host the page and store the enquiry database, and Resend, who deliver the notification email to Ausave. Where you arrived from an advertisement, a record that an enquiry occurred may be sent to that advertising platform so it can measure its own performance. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your details to other solar companies.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet record keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will, unless we are required to retain it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call 1300 113 313 or email home@ausave.energy and we will action it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Cookies
This page sets no cookies of its own. If advertising measurement is enabled, the advertising platform may set cookies through your browser; you can block or clear those in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use this page or submit an enquiry.
